to the Hotel Reservation
Centre "Elysée West" as soon as possible. In case
of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, a charge will be
made for reservations made by the Hotel Reservation Centre "Elysée
West". All hotels are located near the conference site (Salons
Hoche) and the OIE Headquarters (12, rue de Prony).
