David
Fraser has had a 30-year career of teaching and research on the
welfare and behaviour of farm, wild, and laboratory animals. He is
currently Professor in the Animal Welfare Program at the University
of
British Columbia in Canada. He is in high demand as a lecturer and
serves
as an advisor on animal welfare issues to many international organizations.
